Cancellation Policy

When you are completing your booking the Cancellation Policy for the hotel is provided at the bottom of the page along with a check box which needs to be checked before you can complete the booking

These policies will vary from hotel to hotel, and with the different rates, so you must read each one carefully.

If you cancel before the deadline you will generally not be charged a penalty by the hotel.

Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee from the hotel. Some reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after booking.

If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay including tax recovery charges and service fees.
