When you complete a booking you will be presented with a new screen showing an Itinerary Number, which should be kept and used with any future correspondence.
All reservations will be followed up within 2 to 4 hours with an email using the same Itinerary Number and, if available, a Confirmation Number.
You may view your reservation using the "Manage Booking" link, or call the number in the confirmation email.
You will need your ITIN number and the Promo Code in the confirmation e-mail.
